A BIT ABOUT US

After about 5 years of practicing in a different Family Medicine/Functional Medicine setting our family lives changed. Our priorities became being MOTHERS. While we love our jobs at home being Mom, we feel a great need to fill a role in the community as health care providers. We found a way to make both a reality.

Our practice focuses on optimizing your health. We believe health can be achieved without the overuse of prescription drugs. Whether it be hormone therapy or lifestyle and diet modifications, we take a personalized approach to help you! We do our best to practice what we preach in living a healthy lifestyle and eating properly. We make great efforts in helping you find the right balance for your body.

We are also excited to bring a variety of MEDSPA services to the practice. We want you to feel healthy AND feel good about the way you look. We have all the services from vaginal rejuvenation (urinary incontinence treatment) to skin tightening and resurfacing.
