Dysport Injections
Dysport has both medical and cosmetic uses. We use Dysport in our office for cosmetic purposes to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. We use the brand Dysport because it has a quicker onset than the Botox brand. Results last typically 3-4 months.
EmSculpt Neo
EmSculpt Neo is often referred to as ‘Medical Gym.’ Treatments are non-surgical, non-invasive and take approximately 30 minutes in the office. Areas approved to be treated are arms, abs, glutes, thighs (front, back, inner, outer), and calves. The treatments are pain free although intense muscle contractions will be felt. Studies show that four treatments spaced one week apart showed 30% fat reduction and 25% muscle growth. The technologies used in this device are a combination of radio frequency heat to melt fat cells and HIFEM (electromagnetic field) to contract the muscle. EmSculpt Neo is perfectly suited for the following: Someone looking to: Build strength - especially core strength, Reduce back pain and Enhance mobility, Reduction of Diastasis Recti (abdominal muscle separation,) Aesthetic benefits of more toned muscles and Fat Reduction. Someone who doesn’t like to exercise would be great for EmSculpt Neo because a single 30 minute session is the equivalent of 20,000 crunches.
Footzoning
Footzoning is the therapy in which pressure, strokes, and other techniques are used to affect signals in the feet. These signals relay messages to organs, tissues, and systems in the body to correct imbalances. This is a great treatment for physical, emotional and mental imbalances. Each footzoning session lasts about an hour. During the session we look for disturbances, imbalances, and energy blockages by the way it feels and looks in the feet. Footzoning is a holistic approach focusing on the body as a whole rather than focusing on an illness or one system in the body. A few ailments that we love to see treated with footzoning include: sleep problems, emotional distress/anxiety, fatigue, body aches/pains, headaches.
Health Coaching
Annie is both our health coach and footzoner. She runs a health coaching program that is mostly designed to be a personal development program. This program is best for people who need accountability and support and guidance. One round of the program is $400 and she meets with you on 6 occasions (typically every other week) and then checks in with you in between visits.
Pellet Therapy
This is a method of bio-identical hormone replacement therapy where small pellets are inserted under the skin (typically in the buttock/hip area). The pellet slowly releases hormone into the body over 4-6 months. Pellet therapy is the most effective and efficient way to receive your hormone therapy. It is the best approach for keeping levels stable and balanced. This is a great option for people who don’t get great results from topical hormone replacement methods (such as cream or patches). Men and women can receive pellets. Women typically need pellets every 4 months, while men need pellets every 6 months. We consider ourselves experts in hormone therapy. We are good at it and have been doing it for decades.
IV Therapy
IV therapy is the practice of administering saline and nutrients directly into the bloodstream. The benefits of this are faster and more efficient absorption of important vitamins and minerals. This is especially great for people who don’t absorb vitamins and minerals through the digestive tract. Recovery and performance contains all the vitamin B, amino acid blend, and mineral blend. It is a very comprehensive set of vitamins and minerals. Benefits include more energy, more drive, less aches and pains, more stamina, improved cognition and concentration/focus, boosted immunity, boost weight loss, clears toxin overload and treats nutrient deficiencies.
Laser Hair Removal
The purpose of laser hair removal is for body hair to permanently go away. Hair growth comes in about six different cycles and are typically about a month between hair growth cycles. We recommend a minimum of six treatments spaced about a month apart. After six treatments, approximately 85% of hair should be removed. Our hair removal device can remove through an in-motion setting which is very helpful for minimizing pain. Depending on the area, our hair removal procedures can be minimal to no pain. Unfortunately, our hair removal device cannot sense white or blonde hairs. Laser hair removal uses a laser to damage hair follicles resulting in permanent hair loss. It is mostly pain free although it depends on the sensitivity of the treated area.
Morpheus 8
Morpheus 8 is a microneedling treatment that gives off a radio frequency heat on the tip of the needles. As the needles penetrate the skin, the radio frequency heat that comes out of the tip of the needles stimulates the skin to produce more collagen and elastin. This is a great treatment for skin tightening. Everything from fine lines to wrinkles can be smoothed out with this procedure. Other benefits include healthier skin and reduction in pigment allowing for more even skin tones and a nice youthful glow. Morpheus 8 was designed for the face and neck but can also be used on body areas to tighten skin. Penetration can be up to 4mm deep with an extra mm given for the radio frequency heat. This is a fairly painful procedure. We recommend using numbing cream before the treatment. We also offer pronox (calming/laughing gas) to help minimize pain and anxiety that comes with the procedure. Post treatment skin care is very important for results. Plan for downtime of about 2+ days post treatment and no make up. We don’t want make up on open wounds. It is normal to have swelling and bruising post treatment. The pronox is nice to use because it helps with pain but also wears off after 10 minutes so you are still able to drive home.
Forma V
Forma V treatment is often referred to as votiva, vaginal tightening treatment or sexual health treatment. Forma V is the same technology as Morpheus 8 but without the needles. We use the radio frequency heat mainly in the vagina for stimulation of collagen and elastin to tighten the vaginal wall. This can treat everything from urinary incontinence symptoms to prolapse of pelvic organs. It helps woman who experience vaginal laxity, sexual dysfunction, urine leaking, recurring vaginal infections and prolapse. Vaginal laxity can cause diminished sexual pleasure, urinary incontinence, or a loss of vaginal moisture. Treatment is painless and takes ~30 minutes with no downtime. This treatment can also be paired with the Morpheus 8 on the labia and can be used to shrink and tighten.
Skinny Shots
Often referred to as Lipo B or MIC B12 shots. This single intramuscular shot contains vitamin B12, methionine, inositol, and choline. These ingredients are great for metabolism. We recommend getting Skinny Shots alongside a weight loss program. This is also great for boosting energy levels and concentration. These are often bought in a package in six shots and are typically administered weekly.
Microneedling
Microneedling by itself is very effective to penetrate the skin and is a cheaper option than Morpheus 8 while still offering great benefits. Microneedling works by causing micro wounds that stimulate the body to produce more collagen and elastin. Microneedling by itself is effective and often is best paired with a chemical peel. We use a skinpen for our microneedling procedures that can penetrate up to 2.5 mm deep. We do offer numbing cream before this procedure is done.
Chemical Peels
We have a variety of chemical peels ranging from mild to aggressive. Chemical peels are intended to remove the outermost layers of the skin. To accomplish this task, the chosen peel solution induces a controlled injury to the skin. Chemical peels are great for: reducing pores, treating acne, diminish fine lines/wrinkles, fades discoloration, smooths scarring, evens skin tone, treat stubborn pigmentation, smooths texture and lightens sun damage.
Teeth Whitening
Our teeth whitening treatments last 90 minutes and are pain free treatments using vegan, organic, dental grade gel. Results are instant.
Brow Lamination, Lift, Tint, Wax
Brow lamination is basically a perm to the eyebrows allowing you to style them how you please. This can work great for someone who wants fuller, thicker and bigger brows. It lasts about six weeks. Treatment takes less than an hour. Brow laminations are great for filling gaps, adding definition, and giving the illusion of more hair to sparse brows. Lash lifts and tints enhances the existing lashes. Lifts them from the root and then tinting them resulting in a fuller look. Results last 6 weeks.
Clearlift
Clearlift uses a laser sound technology to penetrate the skin and stimulate collagen and elastin production. This treatment is non-invasive and leaves very little trauma to the skin making for a super fast recovery. It is virtually pain free and comfortable. Depending on the settings, the treatment can be relatively superficial or deep up to 3mm deep. This treatment is perfect for fine lines and wrinkles and is also great for melasma.
IPL
IPL is a laser treatment that focuses on pulling pigment out of the skin. This treatment is perfect for sun spots/sun damage skin, rosacea, red vascular spots, uneven skin tone, etc. While its primary purpose is to reduce any red or brown pigment areas, it is also a good treatment for anti-aging of the skin. It reduces redness and inflammation while also killing bacteria.
Tattoo Removal
Laser tattoo removal uses a laser to draw out different colors of pigment from tattoos. The tattoo will slowly fade away with each treatment. It can take several treatments for the tattoo to fully be removed. Each treatment needs about 6-8 weeks of recovery before being treated again. This procedure often has an intense burning sensation. We carry pronox (calming/laughing gas) in our office that can be used to help minimize pain and anxiety that comes with the treatment.
Cannabis Card
We have several qualified medical providers who can meet with you and determine your eligibility and need for medical cannabis. We only issue/renew cannabis cards allowing you to legally obtain medical cannabis. We refer you to meet with the cannabis pharmacist for recommendations on formulations and dosing.
Medical Weight loss
We offer medical weight loss visits and counseling on lifestyle interventions. Each visit includes an In-body scan (body composition analysis) to track your progress. The visit will also include a prescription for medication to assist you in your weight loss journey. We recommend a weight loss visit every 6-12 weeks to renew your medication and track your progress.
In-Body Scans
Our In-body scan is a comprehensive look at your body composition. It breaks down lean muscle tissue from fat tissue. It can tell you where your muscle and fat distributions are. This also informs you on your level of visceral fat (organ fat) which is the unhealthy fat that increases risk for diseases.
